My training and experience make me uniquely qualified to support you in working through difficult experiences that have led to anxiety, depression or any other trauma response. I provide trauma informed care, along with EMDR, EFT (tapping), and Prolonged Exposure to help you process those difficult experiences when appropriate. I create an environment that feels supportive, gentle, and authentic so that you can bring your entire self into the therapeutic relationship.
